One of Tim’s strengths is his academic capability in re-designing the curriculum and tailoring specific lesson plans that provide the most effective teaching and learning interaction between teacher and learner. These approaches motivate Rian not to give up whenever he struggles with difficult exercises/homework. He has been teaching my 10yrs old son for last 6 months and it apparent that I can easily recognize a drastic improvement of my son’s English skills in speaking, writing and reading and even my son is fully aware of it.
